CaneLogic Solutions Private Limited was formed around a single observation: the sugar industry runs on enormous, time-critical cash movements that are still governed by paper.
We are not a generic software house that happens to have a sugar client. Every product we build starts inside a factory — at the gate, at the weighbridge, at the cashier's counter — and is shaped by how work actually happens there, including when the network drops and the register is filled in by hand.
That combination of software engineering and on-ground operational service is deliberate. A risk platform that nobody at the factory knows how to use protects nothing.

The problem we solve
Paper records don't cross a state border. Contractors do.
Sugar mills are commercial competitors. They cannot simply hand each other their full contractor lists — and identity data is legally sensitive. That tension is exactly what leaves the door open.
A single contractor collects advances from multiple mills simultaneously for the same labour gang.
The same cutter is registered under several contractors at once — “double attachment”.
Contractors with a history of defaulting or absconding re-enter at a fresh mill with no shared record.

What is “Uchal”?
उचल (Uchal) is the cash advance a sugar mill pays a harvesting contractor — a mukadam — before the crushing season, to secure their gang of cane-cutters. दुहेरी उचल (double advance) is the core fraud: one contractor takes an advance from several mills for the same gang, then absconds or honours only one of them.
