Security & data privacy
What we store, what we never store, and how identity matching works without exposing anyone.
No. We operate on a strict Zero-Data Storage model using cryptographic hashes. Your financial databases and confidential records remain completely isolated within your factory environment. What crosses the network is a hashed identifier and a risk signal — never your books.
No. The 12-digit number is converted into an irreversible 64-character SHA-256 hash, and only that hash is stored and searched. A hash cannot be reversed back into the original number, which is what keeps identity matching privacy-compliant.
All data in transit is protected using enterprise-grade SSL/TLS encryption, and identity data is hashed with SHA-256. Factory logins are hashed with bcrypt, and government API keys for Aadhaar, RTO and SMS live in server-side environment variables that are never exposed to the browser.
No. Mill isolation is enforced at the data layer: one mill cannot bulk-download or browse another mill's contractor directory. Cross-mill status is available only through a single, direct lookup by hashed Aadhaar or mobile number — you learn a signal, not a list.
Operational & multistate usage
How cross-border detection works in practice, and what happens during the crushing peak.
Participating mills feed verified contractor identification into the shared intelligence grid. When any mill locks an advance, that contractor's status updates across the network immediately, so a query from the other side of the state border returns the escalated signal in real time rather than at season end.
Full 14-month operational support: a dedicated account manager, staff training at the factory, and on-call technical assistance throughout the crushing season up to final settlement. The support window is scoped to the agricultural calendar, not to a standard business-hours SLA.
Automatically, from active engagements and recorded history. Zero active contracts with a clean history is Safe; exactly one active contract is Verify; two or more active contracts in the same season is Alert — the double-advance warning; and any past defaulted record, or a rating below 3.0, is High Risk.
They can file an appeal through the support and dispute resolution desk. Mills and the Super Admin review the evidence and can clear a wrongful block or double-advance flag. Priority, category and status are tracked throughout, and every action is written to the audit log.
Yes. The portal is fully bilingual Marathi and English with a toggle, and the AI copilot answers in conversational Marathi or English. Marathi is treated as a primary field language throughout, not an afterthought translation.
Technical & deployment
What it runs on, what it integrates with, and what is live versus planned.
Not in the current prototype — it simulates them. Production plugs into official gateways: UIDAI e-KYC through an accredited AUA/KUA, SMS through a TRAI-DLT registered provider such as MSG91, Twilio or Kaleyra, and vehicle checks through NIC Vahan or a B2B provider. All real API keys stay in server environment variables.
Yes. You can register and verify tractor single and double trolleys, 10-wheel trucks, harvesters and bullock carts, tracking RTO fitness validity, insurance state, carrying capacity in tons, owner, and allocation to a contractor or mill.
It is Docker-ready and runs on Google Cloud Run, AWS ECS or a Node + MySQL hosting plan. The database is MySQL 8.0 using InnoDB and utf8mb4, with schema, migrations and seed data included.
